{"id":2786,"date":"2021-10-14T08:09:24","date_gmt":"2021-10-14T06:09:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.vehiculesanciens-airbuspalays.fr\/?p=2786"},"modified":"2021-10-23T08:09:47","modified_gmt":"2021-10-23T06:09:47","slug":"matra530-avancement-des-activites","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.vehiculesanciens-airbuspalays.fr\/?p=2786","title":{"rendered":"Matra530 &#8211; Avancement des activit\u00e9s"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Bonjour \u00e0 Tous,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je ferai des CR plus d\u00e9taill\u00e9s dans d\u2019autres messages mais je vous donne un r\u00e9sum\u00e9 de ce qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 fait sur les semaines pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Ch\u00e2ssis&nbsp;:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On a raccourci les nouveaux longerons de 5 mm car ils \u00e9taient un peu plus long que ceux que nous avions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On a r\u00e9essay\u00e9 les longerons et on retombe bien sur nos anciennes cotes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous avons aussi une couche d\u2019appr\u00eat au zinc sur tous les endroits qui vont devoir \u00eatre soud\u00e9 (recom du carrossier)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.vehiculesanciens-airbuspalays.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/Avancees-Matra-14-oct-2021-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2787\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.vehiculesanciens-airbuspalays.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/Avancees-Matra-14-oct-2021-3.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2789\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u2019ai tourn\u00e9 (Merci Alain qui me pr\u00eate son tour) les tubes pour la r\u00e9novation des tubes qui font la perpendicularit\u00e9 de la face avant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.vehiculesanciens-airbuspalays.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/Avancees-Matra-14-oct-2021-4.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2790\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Traverse&nbsp;:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On &nbsp;a nettoy\u00e9 toutes les soudures \u00e0 reprendre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un petit coup de torche plasma pour aller dans les coins et bien d\u00e9gager les anciennes soudure&nbsp;;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.vehiculesanciens-airbuspalays.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/Avancees-Matra-14-oct-2021-5.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2791\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Grace \u00e0 une astuce de votre serviteur, on a sorti facilement les restes des silentblocs en bout de traverse qui \u00e9taient emmanch\u00e9s en force (et pris dans la rouille)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.vehiculesanciens-airbuspalays.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/Avancees-Matra-14-oct-2021-6.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2792\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.vehiculesanciens-airbuspalays.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/Avancees-Matra-14-oct-2021-7.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2793\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Donc la traverse est quasiment pr\u00eate \u00e0 \u00eatre redress\u00e9e et ressoud\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Soudeuse a point&nbsp;:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Grace a Alain qui m\u2019a pr\u00eat\u00e9 sa fraiseuse et son tour, j\u2019ai r\u00e9alis\u00e9 les \u00e9lectrodes qui permettent &nbsp;d\u2019aller souder dans les longerons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.vehiculesanciens-airbuspalays.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/Avancees-Matra-14-oct-2021-8.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2794\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.vehiculesanciens-airbuspalays.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/Avancees-Matra-14-oct-2021-2.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2788\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Bancs Moteur &nbsp;:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On progresse&nbsp;!
